The TP-Link Deco BE65 is a Wi-Fi 7 mesh system using tri-band 2.4 + 5 + 6 GHz radios. Each unit has four 2.5 Gbps Ethernet ports and supports wired backhaul alongside wireless mesh.
This suits households wanting a multi-unit mesh setup with 6 GHz support and multiple wired ports per node for connecting local devices or a backhaul link. It fits those staying within the TP-Link Deco ecosystem rather than mixing brands.
The BE65 includes 6 GHz support, a tri-band radio layout, and four 2.5 Gbps Ethernet ports per unit, which allows faster wired connections than typical gigabit-only mesh nodes. Wired backhaul support is also included as an alternative to pure wireless mesh links.
The system does not support PoE, so each unit needs its own power source, and it only works within the TP-Link Deco ecosystem rather than with mesh units from other brands. Power draw per unit is listed up to 11.3 W with all ports active.
