- Will a Wi-Fi 6E adapter speed up my old router?
- No. The link runs at whatever both ends share, so a 6E adapter on a Wi-Fi 5 router gives Wi-Fi 5 speeds. Upgrade the adapter to match a better router, not to outrun it; if the router is the older half, start there.
- Do these adapters work on macOS or Linux?
