How We Choose the Devices We List
The device finder works on transparent rules, not magic. It first picks a device category from what you told us you need, then filters by hard requirements: the category itself, your budget against the current offer price in your marketplace, and stock. It then ranks what remains by preferences such as newer Wi-Fi generation, wired backhaul when you said you can cable units, the 6 GHz band when your plan is above 1 Gbps, and pack size against your space. Every specification used by these rules comes from the manufacturer's published pages, and each product cites its source. We phrase recommendations as suited to your setup, never as coverage guarantees: walls, layout and interference are real. When nothing fits, we name the blocking requirement instead of quietly bending it. There are no benchmarks, scores or tests here, and mesh ecosystems are never assumed to interoperate.
